Register for IRE

It's our goal to ensure the safety of and enjoyment for all attendees and exhibitors at the show. We appreciate the cooperation of all who attend or otherwise participate in the event ("you") in agreeing to and adhering to the show policies below.

All persons planning to attend the International Roofing Expo must be registered. The International Roofing Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public.

Registration for the International Roofing Expo is at the sole discretion of Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations, cancel any previously accepted registration, or remove any party from the International Roofing Expo at any time for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party.

During normal show hours, persons under the age of 18 will be admitted only with parental supervision, must always be under adult supervision, and are required to have a children’s Badge. Children’s badges can be registered for on-site at the registration counter. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.
Each person attending the International Roofing Expo will receive one (1) badge. In the event that you lose or forget your badge there will be a reprint fee for a replacement badge. All replacement badges will incur a $65 reprint fee.

The International Roofing Expo recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in needing to make a change to business travel. Therefore, all attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@theroofingexpo.com before February 9, 2021. Expo Hall Passes, Welcome Party tickets and Community Service Day fees are non-refundable. Super Passes and Day Passes will be assessed a cancellation fee of $65. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to registration@theroofingexpo.com by the original registrant by February 9, 2021. No refunds will be issued after February 9, 2021. No refunds issued at or after the show. The International Roofing Expo is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all show areas. Anyone who wishes to smoke or vape may do so outside the building or in any of the convention center’s designated smoking areas.

Animals are not allowed at the International Roofing Expo, with the exception of registered service animals. Service animals must be identified as such and kept on a leash at all times.

Wagons are prohibited on the on the show floor for safety reasons. One stroller per adult will be allowed on the show floor for the sole purpose of transporting a child or a person with disabilities. All strollers must be under adult supervision. All bags and exhibitor freight are subject to security search.

The use of drones, UAV’s, hoverboards, wheeled transport devices and similar devices are strictly prohibited on the show floor, as well as all areas in the convention center (except for mobility devices required by persons with disabilities).

Photography and videography is only permitted with prior approval of the exhibiting company and/or "Informa Exhibitions U.S." Failure to obtain prior consent may result in the deletion of the footage from my device and/or removal from the show. Filming, videotaping and photography are prohibited at all education and seminar sessions, including keynote presentations. Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes. Working members of the press are required to check-in at registration and receive an authorization badge in order to photograph and/or videotape at the show.

Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to Show Management (and its officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors and representatives) to photograph and/or record all or any part of the Show and grants Show Management the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free right and license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display all such photographs and recordings, including without limitation, the name, images and likenesses of attendee or exhibitor contained therein (and any derivative works thereof) in any medium (now existing or hereafter developed). Exhibitors and attendees agree that exhibitors and attendees shall have no rights of review or approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Show Management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).

Only contracted exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at the International Roofing Expo. Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit space, with the exception of designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to "roaming" characters, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and show floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be recycled. Attendees will be asked to leave the show and forfeit their badge. Any "suitcasers" should be reported to Show Management.

The International Roofing Expo reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using a show badge. Any person found using another person’s badge will have the badge confiscated and may be asked to leave the show.

The International Roofing Expo attendees hereby agree to release and hold harmless Show Management, its employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (Claim”) which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.

Students studying in a field related to the construction industry can attend the International Roofing Expo.

A booth space typically includes 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high black side dividers, and one 7” x 44” one-line identification sign.

Your company’s e-code is required to sign into the Exhibitor Dashboard. If you need your e-code please contact your Account Executive today and they can provide it to you. Once you have your e-code you can log into the Exhibitor Dashboard.

You can order booth furnishing and services through our approved service providers. To see a complete list of services and ordering details, please reference the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM is typically available early fall.

Exhibitor registration is scheduled to open early October. Once registration opens you can register your booth staff by logging into your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Continuing education hours (CEUs) will be provided for the majority of the courses presented. Attendees are encouraged to review each course description for approved accreditations.

Most sessions that are part of the IRE Conference Program are audio recorded and made available for purchase through Fleetwood Onsite Conference Recording. Purchase the current year and previous year’s recordings today.

Your session handouts, customized to your conference itinerary, have been loaded into the registration system and are accessible for download. Printed handouts will not be provided on-site, and wireless Internet will not be available in the classrooms. Please be sure to print/download these prior to the show.

When registering for a conference package you will be asked to register for conference sessions. You can change and/or upgrade your registration from your registration dashboard. You can also change sessions on-site.

At the IRE there are a variety of educational session offer on the show floor. These sessions are free with expo hall and conference passes. View a complete list of educational sessions offer on the show floor. 

Exhibitors can add educational packages to their registration records. To sign up for educational packages please log into your Exhibitor Dashboard using your e-code.

Badges are not mailed out in advance. Please bring a copy of your registration bar code with you on-site to pick up your badge.

NRCA members receive a discount on select registration packages and events. Your NRCA membership must be active to receive the NRCA Member discount.

The 2022 show will be held in February 1-3, 2022 in New Orleans, LA at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

The 2021 IRE show is being held in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center February 24-26.
