Once you sign up for the show, this is the section where you will find the tools for a successful event.  The information in this section is designed to help exhibitors through the exhibit planning process. As the show dates approach, more links will become available.

Space Draw Guidelines

Space Draw Guidelines and Priority Points

Space Draw determines the initial assignment of space for IRE and is conducted in priority point order. Priority points are used by the IRE to help determine the order of booth selection by allowing companies that have the most Priority Points to select space first.

Exhibitor Service Manual

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show. The ESM contains all the details on exhibiting including ordering services, shipping, booth regulations, deadlines, and more.

In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient. Order early to take advantage of the discount pricing.

The ESM will be available 3 to 4 months before the show opens.  To access the ESM sign into your account using your exhibitor eCode, and then click the Service Manual icon on the dashboard.

Badge Registration

Exhibitor Registration

All booth personnel must have a badge to access the show floor during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Exhibitor registration will open 3 to 4 months prior to the show.

Booth personnel badge allotment will be pre-calculated based on booth size and will be viewable during booth personnel registration. Welcome Party tickets will be allotted per booth space square footage. Allotment does not guarantee registration to the Welcome Party. Overall registration to the party is limited and sells out quickly. Allotment specifics will also be listed during booth personnel registration.

Please be aware of companies that try to solicit IRE exhibitors claiming to be Show Management-approved. IRE does not supply these companies with your contact information or have knowledge of the solicitations. We make every attempt to protect the show from these sorts of companies and will continue to alert you to issues such as this.

Check the 'Official Vendors' list  and make sure to look for the 'Official Vendor of IRE' seal when placing orders.
