Welcome to the Exhibitor Service section for the International Roofing Expo. Now that you have a booth at the show, be sure to review all the details below.

Important Information

The International Roofing Expo and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee or customer contact information under any circumstances. Any organizations offering such lists are NOT affiliated with IRE and CANNOT provide any accurate data.

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show. The ESM contains all the details on exhibiting, including ordering services, shipping, booth regulations, deadlines, and more. To save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and essential show regulations.

The ESM is available a few months before the show opening. Once the ESM is available, you will sign in to your exhibitor dashboard and click on the Exhibitor Service Manual tile.

As part of your Digital Media Package, you can update your listing to include your logo, five products, three videos, five collateral pieces, and have your company in up to five product categories. You can also upgrade your exhibitor listing to our Maximum Exposure Package for more visibility with attendees.

All booth personnel must have a badge to access the show floor during move-in, show hours, and move-out. 

Booth personnel badge allotments and Welcome Party tickets will be pre-calculated based on booth size and will be viewable during registration. You can purchase additional booth personnel badges if you exceed your allotment. Your allotment of Welcome Party tickets does not guarantee your attendance at the event. Registration for the Welcome Party is limited and sells out quickly.

Space Draw determines the initial assignment of space for IRE and is conducted in priority point order. The IRE uses priority points to help determine the order of booth selection by allowing companies that have the most Priority Points to select space first. 

Please be aware of companies that try to solicit IRE exhibitors claiming to be Show Management-approved. IRE does not supply these companies with your contact information or have knowledge of the solicitations. We make every attempt to protect the show from these sorts of companies and will continue to alert you to issues such as this.

Check the 'Official Vendors' list  and make sure to look for the 'Official Vendor of IRE' seal when placing orders.
