Once you sign up for the show, this is the section where you will find the tools for a successful show.  The information in this section is designed to help exhibitors through the exhibit planning process. As the show dates approach, more links will become available.

Critical planning information as well as deadline reminders will also be available when you sign in (top right-hand corner).

Exhibitor Service Manual

Now is the time to start planning your IRE exhibit. There are a number of important details that will need your attention and the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show.

In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient. Order early to take advantage of the discount pricing.

The ESM will be available in mid-October.  Click the Sign-In link below using your exhibitor eCode. Once your dashboard appears, click the Service Manual icon.

Show Program Listing

Update your IRE Show Program listing and select your product categories to help attendees find you before, during and after the show.

  • Click the Sign-In link below using your exhibitor eCode. 
  • Once your dashboard appears, click the Booth Profile icon.
  • Click on Edit Description to make any changes to your description.
  • Don't forget to enter descriptions on both the Web and Print tabs.
  • Click on the pencil image next to Product Categories to add or edit categories. 
  • You can preview your listing through the Exhibitor Search. 

This is a complimentary, value-add offered to each exhibitor and we encourage you to complete this information as early as possible.

Exhibitor Registration

Booth personnel badge allotment will be pre-calculated based on booth size and will be viewable during booth personnel registration. Welcome Party tickets will be allotted per booth space square footage. Allotment does not guarantee registration to the Welcome Party. Overall registration to the party is limited, and sells out quickly. Allotment specifics will also be listed during booth personnel registration.
