Welcome to the Exhibitor Service section for the International Roofing Expo. Now that you have a booth at the show, be sure to review all the details below.


Beginning this year, we’ve chosen to make two changes to our live event experience: removing carpet and transitioning to digital badges as part of our approach to being a more sustainable business, as well as our hope of enhancing customer safety and championing innovation at all of our events.

Carpet will also no longer be required in exhibitors’ booths. An analysis from our sustainability team showed that carpet is one of the most significant contributors to waste at our events and that the simple act of removing carpet would save hundreds of thousands of pounds of waste each year. 

No more standing in line on opening morning at Registration! As we return to live experiences, we want to take the best of what we have learned this year about complementary digital solutions, to make our in-person experiences better. Digital badging helps create a seamless, efficient and modern experience, much like digital boarding passes have created for travelers. 

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show. The ESM contains all the details on exhibiting including ordering services, shipping, booth regulations, deadlines, and more. In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations.

To access the ESM, sign in to your exhibitor dashboard and click on the Exhibitor Service Manual tile.

We have rolled out new platform that contains our exhibitor directory listings. As part of your Digital Media Package you can update your listing to include your logo, five products, three videos, five collateral pieces, and includes your company in up to five product categories.

All booth personnel must have a badge to access the show floor during move-in, show hours, and move-out. 

Booth personnel badge allotments will be pre-calculated based on booth size and will be viewable during registration. Welcome Party tickets will be allotted per booth space square footage. Allotment does not guarantee registration to the Welcome Party. Overall registration to the party is limited and sells out quickly. Allotment specifics will also be listed during booth personnel registration.

Space Draw determines the initial assignment of space for IRE and is conducted in priority point order. Priority points are used by the IRE to help determine the order of booth selection by allowing companies that have the most Priority Points to select space first. 

Please be aware of companies that try to solicit IRE exhibitors claiming to be Show Management-approved. IRE does not supply these companies with your contact information or have knowledge of the solicitations. We make every attempt to protect the show from these sorts of companies and will continue to alert you to issues such as this.

Check the 'Official Vendors' list  and make sure to look for the 'Official Vendor of IRE' seal when placing orders.
