Take a proactive approach to employee education by sending your field managers to this class, which focuses on communication and management skills. Foremen often have excellent roof system installation skills but may lack strong communication and management abilities that would help them lead more effectively. This course teaches your foremen how to communicate effectively and work well with all types of people. Your foremen will learn how to handle tough situations tactfully, especially when disciplinary action is needed. They also will learn how to establish credibility, build rapport with crew members and motivate workers to improve job-site productivity.
Please note: NRCA understands circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. If you cancel up to 10 business days before an event, your registration fee will be refunded. If your cancellation is received 10 business days or less before an event, you may send another person in your place or receive a credit voucher that can be applied toward any NRCA University program during the next 12 months.
