Community Service Day 2027
There's something special about kicking off IRE with Community Service Day. For the 18th year, we're teaming up with Rebuilding Together to help Las Vegas families in need — seniors, veterans, and low-income residents who need home repairs but can't afford them. Arrive a day early, meet roofing pros from across the country, and head to a local home together. Using the skills you use every day, you'll repair roofs, fix critical issues, and turn a house back into a safe home — all before lunch. Not skilled? No problem, we have projects for you! This isn't just volunteering. It's who we are.
Fee: $35 includes:
- Roundtrip transportation
- Light breakfast and lunch
- Beverages
Spots fill up quickly, so sign up when you register for IRE. Trust us – this will be the highlight of your week! Endless gratitude to Sika for championing this day for 18 incredible years. Give back. Connect deeply. Start IRE with purpose.
Give Back to the Community
IRE attendees helped us revitalize Las Vegas homes and give back to the local community by participating in the 18th Annual Community Service Day Project on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026. These volunteers generously donated their time to repair homes for low-income Las Vegas residents.
