Know Before You Go - Onsite Information
To help make it easier for you to visit the city of New Orleans, here are a few things to help you prepare for your upcoming trip to the Big Easy.
Currently, the city of New Orleans has an indoor mask mandate in place and proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours to access indoor dining, indoor fitness, and indoor entertainment spaces or performance spaces. Here are a few things you need to know to be prepared.
- Bring a mask with you. Masks are required for all individuals, vaccinated and unvaccinated.
- We will have face masks on-site in case you do not have your own.
- The health screening IS NOT required to attend the International Roofing Expo at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
- The health screening IS required to attend the First-Time Attendees Reception, Welcome Party, and other events taking place in conjunction with the show.Please bring a printed or digital copy of your negative COVID-19 test (administered within the last 72-hours) or proof of full vaccination.
- Starting Sunday, January 30 at 12:00 PM, rapid antigen testing will be available on-site in room 240 for $50. PCR testing is available upon request.

Printed Badge: Everyone can print a badge and pick up a lanyard at Badge Printing, located in Lobby D, to access the show floor, sessions and events. Badges will be printed on recycled paper stock, and recycling will be available at the end of the event.
Digital Badge: You should have received your digital badge via email with instructions on how to download it to your smartphone. We recommend downloading your digital badge before you get on-site. If you need help with your digital badge on-site, visit Registration Assistance in Lobby D.

Taxi / Rideshare / Parking Information: The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is located at 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70130. The Taxi/Rideshare Zone is located across the street from Lobby G. There is also ample parking is available for a daily fee. Click here for more details on getting to the convention center.
Airport Transportation Information: Airport Shuttle offers discounted transportation for IRE attendees and exhibitors to and from the airport and New Orleans hotels. Make your round-trip or one-way reservation online 24 hours prior to your flight arrival or departure. Click here to make your reservation.
First-Time Attendee & Welcome Party Shuttle Information: Shuttles will be available to take you to and from the First-Time Attendee Reception and Welcome Party. They will pick up from the Transportation Hub outside of Lobby F from 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM and run every 10-15 minutes. Return service will be provided back to select hotel locations from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM and will run every 20-30 minutes.

Conference Evaluations:
Conference session evaluations will be available in the IRE mobile app. Download the app and take a quick elevation survey after each session you attend. This information helps us maintain a positive learning experience for our attendees.
To access the evaluation in the mobile app, search for the session and click 'Fill Out Survey' on the session page.
Conference Handouts:
You can access conference handouts on the IRE website during the session. Printed handouts will not be provided on-site, and wireless Internet will not be available in the classrooms.
Conference Session Recordings:
Most sessions will be audio recorded and made available for sale through Fleetwood Onsite Conference Recording. To purchase, visit Fleetwood onsite at the Islander Registration Desk to receive special onsite pricing. You may also order to recording after the conference at www.fleetwoodonsite.com/ire.
