Press Exposure

You may have a strategy for reaching the buyers at the show, but it's also essential to have a plan to reach the media attending the IRE. The press are the invaluable source that may give your products the national attention they deserve. IRE's public relations team has compiled tips to assist you with developing your public relations strategy and campaign for the trade show.

Meeting Rooms and Hospitality Suites

Meeting Rooms/Hospitality Suites at the IRE are only available to exhibiting companies and approved groups. To request a meeting room, you must complete the Meeting Space Request Form [coming soon] and return it to Show Management. Meeting rooms are limited so please submit your request ASAP. 

Pre-Show Press Lists

A list of pre-registered press will be available to each exhibiting company beginning December 1. This will be a “living” link that will remain active throughout the show, you return to this page and click for updates.
