Your toolkit includes a unique registration link and code, a package of web banners, an Expo Pass PDF with your customized reg code, a press release template, a link to the registered press list, and more.

Nvytes Customer Invitations

Once again we have partnered with third-party vendor, Nvytes, to offer exhibitors a free tool to invite your customers, prospects, and generate buzz surrounding your participation.

To help increase traffic at your booth, we encourage you to promote your participation in the IRE by posting web banners and the IRE logo on your website.

Press Kits

A press kit is an essential part of a PR strategy and will help members of the media garner interest in your company during the IRE. The press kit should contain information about your company, its products and services for media to use as a reference tool.

Press List

Industry press attend the IRE to secure editorial coverage for their magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. A list of pre-registered press will be available to each exhibiting company, beginning January 10 via a “living” link that will remain active throughout the show.
