After you've secured your booth space for IRE, you may be wondering what's next? Here's a list of easy-to-implement ideas to help spread the word about your participation in IRE this year. By creating and following a trade show strategy prior to the show, you can generate tremendous ROI by securing a wealth of new business leads.

Customer Invitations

In order to enhance your exhibitor experience, we we have partnered with third-party vendor, Feathr, to offer this Customer Invitation Program as a FREE service to all exhibitors. This Customer Invitation Program is a complimentary marketing tool allowing you to easily invite your customers and prospects to receive a FREE Expo Pass and drive more traffic to your booth. 

New Product Introduction Program

One of the primary reasons attendees visit the International Roofing Expo is to see the latest products and innovations! We've designed the New Product Introduction program to give attendees the information they crave and get them excited to see your product at the show. 

Inclusion in the New Product Introduction program is $395. Simply enter your product details online and we will promote your product through the event website, show program book, and the mobile app. 

Press Kits

A press kit is an essential part of a PR strategy and will help members of the media garner interest in your company during the IRE. The press kit should contain information for media to use as a reference tool such as recent and relevant news releases; company/executive backgrounders; product fact sheets/specs; product images; any special events you have scheduled during the show; and contact information.

Press List

Industry press attend the IRE to secure editorial coverage for their magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. A list of pre-registered press will be available to each exhibiting company, beginning January 10 via a “living” link that will remain active throughout the show.
