Now that you are signed up to exhibit at the IRE Virtual Edition you will need to get ready for the event.  The information below will help you prepare your virtual company profile, register your colleagues, add products and services to the platform, book meetings with attendees and more.

How The Event Works

The IRE Virtual Edition will be held March 2-4, 2021 and each day runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Each day attendees and exhibitors can connect via video meetings, participants can view exhibitor and product directories, and there will be a full schedule of live and on-demand conference sessions. The content on the platform will be available through April 2 and attendees can continue to drop off their virtual business card with exhibitors. 

Company Profile

Setting up your company is easy and quick! In a short amount of time, you can create a robust profile showcasing your brand. Select your virtual booth layout, complete your company details and upload marketing materials such as a video or brochure.

Products & Services

Enhance your virtual booth by showcasing your latest and greatest products and services. Tag each item you upload with the appropriate categories to help attendees find you. There is no limit to how many items you can upload.


We made meeting with buyers easy. Our matchmaking technology recommends business leads, or you can search for buyers. Pre-schedule meetings and set your schedule to accept drop-in meetings during the event.

Register Staff

When the platform opens your company’s primary contact will receive an email with an access link. Once they are logged into the platform, they will be able to invite colleagues to join the portal as a company team member. You can register an unlimited number of staff.


Conference sessions are open to both attendees and exhibitors. Expand your knowledge and learn from industry experts. Sessions will cover a variety of topics including Business, Technical, Legal/HR, Workplace Safety, Windows & Siding, and Exhibitor Presented Seminars.

Concierge Service

Let our concierge service team help you get ready for the event. Our team will be there to assist you with setting up your profile, loading products and services and will contact buyers to help confirm your pending meeting invites. Our goal is to help you get set up for a successful event.
