Priority Points

Booth space will be assigned by using a priority point system.  Companies with the greatest number of points are assigned first, progressing to companies with the fewest points.      Priority points are accrued based on:   -- Previous exhibit history [2000-2011]   -- 2012 requested square footage   -- NRCA membership status   -- 2012 sponsorships | Program & Event Guide advertising   -- The date the contract and deposit are received

NEW!  Early Space Draw begins April 18, 2011, providing you priority booth placement and the lowest possible booth rate.  The general Space Draw will begin on July 18, 2011.  Booth space is limited.  For best booth placement and to secure the lowest booth rates available, submit your contract and required deposit today.

Additional considerations:
  -- Contracts for 2012 received without the correct deposit will not be considered valid until deposit is received. 
  -- All contracts and deposits for the 2012 show must be received by July 18 to be included in the initial Space Draw.  
  -- If two or more companies tie in priority points, booth size, membership status and sponsorship dollars will be the tie-breaker, followed by the date contract/deposit was received.
  -- Cancellation of a booth space or sponsorship contract will result in the loss of priority points awarded for that application.

Each day you wait to submit your contract, you lose a spot in the priority point rotation, so submit your contracts NOW!  The earlier you send in your contract, the better the chance that you will receive one of your top booth choices!
