Deposit
To qualify for Space Draw, contracts with 50% deposit must be received by June 24.  Contracts and deposits received after June 24 will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and charged the post Space draw rate.

Contracts
For the first time ever, exhibitors can now complete the Booth Application & Contract electronically. Should you use this method, you must still submit the required 50% deposit via mail within 10 business days or your contract will not be processed.  Hard copy contracts should be returned to:
