Now you can submit your application and pay your deposit online. See below for step-by-step instructions of how to use the new system.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1 - HOW YOU START
Q: Have you ever exhibited with Hanley Wood Exhibitions?
YES — As a previous exhibitor you will have access to our new online portal system, CONNECT Portal, where you can access the online Booth Application & Contract, already pre-populated with your company information. To sign in, you will need your e-code [formerly known as the password].
NO — After reading the instructions below, you will be provided a button to launch the online Booth Application & Contract.
STEP 2 - EXHIBITING INFORMATION
The first page of the Booth Application & Contract captures the main booth details including your booth choices and contact information. The page displays the current booth rate and an area to enter total square footage. There will be link to view the live floor plan and enter your booth selections into the application on the screen.
STEP 3 - ADDING SPONSORSHIPS
As part of the process, you will be able to view the Sponsorship Gallery. You can either click through the entire gallery or search by sponsorship category. Your exhibit shopping cart will update as you click items to purchase.
STEP 4 - THE FINE PRINT
Lastly, the form requires you to add a primary and invoice contact to your account. At this point, you will be able to view and print a list of Terms and Conditions. Click to view and/or print the Terms and Conditions prior to starting the process.
STEP 5 - FINISHING UP
The application is 99% complete. Submit your online Booth Application & Contract with your payment option for approval by Show Management.
Once your application has been submited, you will receive an e-mail* with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your contract is pending until you receive a confirmation e-mail with a copy of your approved Booth Contract, Terms and Conditions and request for deposit [if applicable]. *The e-mail address you enter in the primary contact field will receive the notification.
Credit card: Now available through the online application: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Offline Credit Card: Prefer to pay offline? Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
