Registration & Badge Allotment

Badge registration will be available in September through ConnectionPOINT.

BADGE ALLOTMENT

Each exhibiting company is allotted a specific number of exhibitor badges at no charge based on booth size. Exhibitors who exceed their allotment will be charged $10 per additional badge. The following is the allotment breakdown:

Please note that exhibitor badges are not required for personnel who will need access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only. Wristbands will be provided for employees or EACs during move-in and move-out.

Conference Registration: Exhibitors may register for individual conference sessions for $50 a session when they are registering for their exhibitor badges online. You MUST pre-register to guarantee admission into the conference sessions. Visit the Session & Event Search in September to search by session title, track, date, credit hour, speaker or keyword.

Welcome Party: Each exhibiting company is allowed up to two (2) Welcome Party tickets per 100 square feet of exhibit space with a maximum of twenty-five (25) tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased for $20 prior to January 12 and $30 thereafter beyond your allotment. All guests must be 21 years of age with valid ID.

REGISTERING BOOTH PERSONNEL

Badge registration will be available in September through ConnectionPOINT.

Registering your booth personnel has never been easier! With , you simply sign in using your e-code (password) and follow the steps below:

STEP 1: ACESSING REGISTRATION Click on the BOOTH PERSONNEL/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION link under the SHOW DETAILS section, located in the top-center of your screen. Click the MANAGE BOOTH PERSONNEL - a new window into Exhibitor Registration will open. STEP 2: ADDING / SELECTING A CONTACT The Registration system will display your company information along with the primary contact as listed on your booth contract. Please confirm this contact information is correct for badge mailing purposes. If you wish to add a new Contact to receive your company's badge materials, select ADD A NEW CONTACT button. Please note that you can add multiple Registration Contacts within your company. If you edit/change/add a Contact, be sure to select a Registration and Badge option for each of the contacts (located at the bottom of the screen). This will determine whether the contact is registered for the show and/or receives the group badges. Once you are done confirming or editing the Contact, click NEXT. STEP 3: ADDING / EDITING BOOTH PERSONNEL From this page you can view booth personnel you have registered in the past. To add them to this year's event, simply select each personnel from the group listed. If you wish to add new personnel, please click on the ADD A NEW EXHIBITOR button. Once you have entered their contact information, you have the option to SAVE AND ADD ANOTHER. If you are finished adding and editing personnel, click the NEXT button. STEP 4: CONFIRMATION Under the Personnel Summary, please confirm that all the information is correct. If you need to go back and edit, click the GO BACK AND ADD/EDIT EXHIBITORS button. Please note that the person selected under the Contact/Mailing Information will be the company contact who will receive all your exhibitor badges. Once you are finished confirming your personnel, please click the NEXT button. This will take you to a Confirmation page. Please be sure to print this page for your records. STEP 5: CHANGES TO REGISTRATION Once your booth personnel are registered, icons along with names will appear under the BOOTH PERSONNEL/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION section in . If you are finished adding and editing personnel, click the NEXT button.

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
Under the Personnel Summary, please confirm that all the information is correct. If you need to go back and edit, click the GO BACK AND ADD/EDIT EXHIBITORS button. Please note that the person selected under the Contact/Mailing Information will be the company contact who will receive all your exhibitor badges. Once you are finished confirming your personnel, please click the NEXT button. This will take you to a Confirmation page. Please be sure to print this page for your records.
