Travel Planners is the only official housing company for Int'l Roofing Expo [IRE] and therefore the only company that can sell rooms in our official housing blocks.  If any company other than HanleyWoodHousing.com solicit your business or approach you as the official housing provider of the IRE, be aware that they could be fraudulent. It is not in your best interest to book rooms through these companies for the following reasons:

• Most do not have blocks of rooms; they simply contact another source and resell a room from them.
• Room rates must be fully prepaid, are non-refundable and are subject to steep change fees.
• Room types are not guaranteed and are usually the lowest room category. 
• Any housing company outside of HanleyWoodHousing.com is not endorsed by the IRE and therefore cannot guarantee room availability or rates or offer you service on these reservations.
• The best way to ensure you're booking your hotel through proper channels is to follow the Housing link located on the show website.

Solicitation of business by anyone who is not an official show exhibitor is strictly prohibited.  Show Management takes this matter very seriously, and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.
