Contractors Beware: Technical Issues Posing Liability Risks to Roofing Contractors
The National Roofing Legal Resource Center’s (NRLRC) annual breakfast program provides roofing contractors with a candid and eye-opening discussion about how they can minimize their potential liability involving legal and technical issues affecting their businesses.
NRLRC is pleased to welcome a panel of distinguished speakers, including Rene Dupuis, president of Structural Research Inc., Middleton, Wis.; Mark Graham, NRCA’s associate executive director of technical services; Dick Baxter, president of CRS of Monroe Inc., Monroe, N.C.; Johnny Zamrzla, president of Western Pacific Roofing, Palmdale, CA; and Stephen Phillips, a partner with the Atlanta-based law firm Hendrick, Phillips, Salzman & Flatt.
The breakfast is open to NRLRC members and those eligible for NRLRC membership. Each NRLRC member receives one complimentary breakfast ticket — two for those who have been NRLRC members five consecutive years or more. Members may purchase additional tickets through NRLRC for $75; non-NRLRC member contractor tickets are $125.
Interested in joining NRLRC? For only $445, or as little as $37 per month, roofing contractors have access to the most pertinent roofing legal resources available in the industry when they need them most.
To register for NRLRC’s annual breakfast program or to receive NRLRC membership information, please contact NRLRC at 847.299.9092 or e-mail Anne Schroeder, NRLRC’s director, at nrlrc@nrlrc.net.
